Fridges and freezers need to be degassed before we can accept them. Car bodies are only accepted in Kawerau.

Metal Solutions has regular truck pick up services throughout the Eastern Bay of Plenty and Gisborne regions covering Whakatane, Opotiki, Kawerau and Gisborne surrounds. We also service other areas such as Te Puke and Tokoroa and will travel to other areas on demand.

We specialise in large diameter casing and culvert pipes and stock a large range at our Kawerau yard.

We are importers of new spiral welded pipe and stock from 600 mm to 2000 mm diameter in this range.

We have a large set of manipulating rollers that enable us to cut and weld most sizes of pipe. Our largest pipes to date were 2.5 metre diameter and we welded them into 2 x 19 metre lengths with a joining socket. These were socket joined on site to make up a 2.5 metre x 38 metre continuous culvert.
